Vatee Markets is a fast-growing financial services organisation operating across Australia. We specialise in trading education and financial advisory. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as Account Executives.
The Role:
This is a hands-on sales role where you will learn the skills to engage clients, understand their needs and help them achieve their goals. Sales experience is preferred but not required (fresh graduates or career changers are welcome). We provide full training and support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with potential clients and introduce them to our financial services
* Produce and promote short video template content across relevant platforms
* Learn and apply sales skills to turn attention and trust into real client outcomes
* Persist through early-stage content cold starts and long-term growth cycles
What we are looking for:
* Mandarin fluency (native or fluent)-English is a plus
* Willingness to learn and actively do sales
* Strong communication skills and a customer focused mindset
* Resilient and hardworking, prioritise long-term growth
* Ability to blend creativity with commercial thinking
Preferred Skills:
* Creativity and flexibility
* Hands on experience with platforms like RedNote, TikTok, Bilibili, YouTube
* Bilingual capability: Mandarin (native or fluent) with basic English
