We're looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst
to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, helping users, and working in a structured, remote-first IT support environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing systems, email, or chat
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues
* Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams when required
* Monitor, update, and manage support tickets in line with SLAs
* Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access management
* Assist with basic network, system, and application support tasks
* Document solutions, procedures, and knowledge base articles
* Deliver clear, professional communication to end users
Requirements
Junior–Mid-Level (0–3+ years)
* Experience in IT support, service desk, helpdesk, or related roles (internships included)
* Understanding of operating systems, common business applications, and IT support processes
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tickets
* Fluent in English
* Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
