Research Operations Coordinator
This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of research operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating divisional projects, supporting reporting and planning processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to policy reviews, and providing high-level advice to guide operational decision-making.
You will bring a proactive, detail-focused approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills, along with proven experience in coordinating projects and interpreting policy within a complex organisation.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience coordinating projects, reporting, and planning activities in a complex organisation.
* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
* High-level written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, policies, and briefing materials.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and provide advice on compliance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
