Management Accountant Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our dynamic team and support the financial performance of our expanding operations.
* Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and financial commentary
* Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow models
* Analyse production costs, margins, and product profitability
* Monitor KPIs across manufacturing, sales, and operations
* Provide insights that support pricing, inventory, and cost-control decisions
* Partner with operational managers to review performance and drive efficiency
* Assist with year-end processes and liaise with external auditors
* Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools
* Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business improvement initiatives
