Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with employers, understanding their business goals and requirements, and facilitating precise job matching for our clients.
This role involves face-to-face networking, rapport-building, and labor market insights to create mutually beneficial employment arrangements. You will work closely with our youth to pinpoint their career aspirations and provide guidance to employers on available incentives and opportunities.
Your expertise lies in account management, delivering exceptional service through various channels, including digital platforms, phone communication, and in-person interactions. Community engagement is also a key aspect of this role, as you will cultivate and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and employers alike.
To excel in this position, you must possess a client-focused practice, genuinely desiring to make a positive impact in the lives of young people. A solid understanding of the local labour market and challenges faced by disadvantaged youth is essential.
A marketing whiz with experience in promoting services to create employment opportunities would be ideal. This role requires someone who enjoys meeting different people and values the importance of building rapport face-to-face with employers to partner with their business and provide tailored solutions.
