About the Role
As Executive Officer, you will partner closely with the Chief Executive to:
* Provide proactive and highly organised executive support
* Drive strong executive rhythm, prioritisation and disciplined follow-through
* Support alignment across the executive team
* Enable effective decision making and communication
* Support delivery of strategic priorities
* Prepare, manage and review the provision of high-level communications and correspondence including emails, briefings, reports and submissions
* Curate executive meeting agendas, including advice, prioritisation and management of matters to be tabled
* Enable Chief Executive people engagement strategy, including events and communications
In addition, you will:
* Be a social and employee network champion for icare, cultivating a great place to work
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and acting on them
Skills & Experience
* Extensive experience in providing executive assistance to a CEO or Senior Executive.
* Experience in strategic operations roles.
* Advanced organisational and time management skills, with exceptional communication skills.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and management – internal and external.
* Take initiative, forward plan and be adaptive.
* A passion for people and building strong networks.
* High levels of discretion, resilience and professionalism
