256152Our Federal Government Client is seeking an Assets & Logistics Officer to join their team.
Be responsible for the management of assets and distribution of ICT equipment for our client and portfolio agencies.
Coordinate the warehousing and transport of laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.
Oversee the storage, transportation, and disposal of ICT equipment in line with security guidelines and procedures.
Collaborate with the Asset Manager to develop and maintain accurate asset inventory records.
Perform sanitization of printers, laptops, and desktop computers.
Manage tasks within the logistics queue and handle the complete goods disposal process.
Assist with setup and installation of new workstation setups for portfolio agencies.
Arrange and book interstate and international shipping.
Support and maintain the ICT vehicle and fuel cards.
Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the logistics team.
Fulfill other duties as directed by the client representative.
