**About the Role** **Key Responsibilities** You're the performance mastermind who blends the best of both worlds: big-picture digital strategy + hands-on activation finesse. You'll run, refine, report on, and revolutionise campaigns across platforms.Develop, manage, and optimise performance media campaigns across **SEM, paid social (Meta and other platforms), affiliate marketing, and marketplace media**. Ability to develop and maintain performance media dashboards and reporting based on client needs and requirements.**Skills & Experience** **3–5 years' experience** in digital performance marketing within an agency or client-side environment. Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across: A data-driven brain. The kind that loves KPIs, ROAS, CPA improvements, and a systemised approach to optimisation. Proficiency in campaign management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, DV360).Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset. Confident communicator with the ability to present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Work from anywhere – as long as there is a HAVAS office you can work from that location and soak up the culture.
