We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative assistance and manage various tasks for our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, receipting invoices, ordering uniforms and safety equipment, coordinating travel arrangements, and updating schedules. They will also support team meetings, such as project management meetings, toolbox talks, and risk register discussions.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing timesheets, invoices, and memos for contractors and key clients
* Ensuring smooth operations through the coordination of staff schedules, inductions, facilities tickets
* Tracking overtime payments, managing budgets, and overseeing PO and accrual processes
* Handling communications, managing SharePoint sites, and assisting with training and deployment planning
* Ensuring all staff-related documentation is up to date, including leave registers, emergency evacuation lists and sign-in sheets
* Ordering stationery and catering
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent organizational skills
* Attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Adobe Sign and Microsoft Office experience
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical
