We are seeking an experienced paediatric Respiratory & Sleep Medicine nurse specialist to provide statewide care and management of complex cases, non-invasive ventilation, and home oxygen.
About the role
As a key figure in our team, you will deliver expert clinical nursing/midwifery care, implementing therapeutic interventions and coordinating processes for quality improvement and continuity.
Key responsibilities
* Provide direct clinical nursing/midwifery care and select appropriate therapeutic interventions.
* Develop and coordinate processes for continuous quality improvement and patient continuity.
* Contribute to policy development and leadership in your area of expertise.
* Apply and share expert knowledge to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
* Registered or eligible nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* At least 3 years post-registration experience.
* Effective leadership skills and ability to lead change management.
