About the Role
The Customer Sales Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customers making enquiries about selling their vehicle. This is a key role in converting inbound and outbound calls into booked inspections, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from first contact through to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
* Make and receive calls to book inspections, follow up leads, and support customer enquiries.
* Convert warm leads into confirmed inspections through confident and friendly communication.
* Maintain accurate customer records and inspection details in our CRM system.
* Work closely with our senior buyer to ensure inspections run smoothly.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience in a call centre, appointment setting, customer service, or sales environment.
* OR a strong passion for cars and the automotive industry, with a willingness to learn.
* Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work well in a team.
* Confidence using computer systems and CRM platforms.
