Welcome guests to our wine tasting experience and provide engaging, informative wine tastings. Share your passion for wine with guests and enhance their appreciation of fine wines.
This is a sales-focused environment where you will work under the guidance of a supervisor. Previous experience in cellar door, wine retail or premium hospitality is highly valued. You must be comfortable working in a sales-focused role and communicating confidently with guests.
* Develop strong knowledge of our wines, history, vineyard and winemaking philosophy, and share this knowledge with guests.
* Host interactive experiences such as wine blending, cellar tours, and picnics, ensuring a polished and professional delivery.
* Convert tastings into wine sales, promote curated packs and seasonal offers, and encourage sign-ups for our wine club.
Assist with set-up and pack-down, ensuring the tasting area is clean, well-presented, and prepared for service. Support stock rotation, restocking, and merchandising, polish glassware, and assist with general service tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
* Strong knowledge of wine and willingness to learn more.
