Opportunity to drive creative strategy for a fast growing global ecommerce brand Fully remote role based anywhere in Australia $110-$130K plus Super and Bonus Company Overview: Our client is an innovative and rapidly expanding founder led ecommerce brand within the beauty industry. They are experiencing year-on-year growth and actively planning international expansion, so a really exciting time to join a fast growing organisation, driving creative strategy and directly impacting business growth. Position Overview: This newly created position will be the backbone of its creative efforts, with a focus on advertising, ideation and production of high-converting ad content. You will be working autonomously while collaborating closely with the founders and Content Lead to produce scroll-stopping and engaging content that sells. Key Responsibilities: Write high-converting ad scripts for Meta and manage the end-to-end process of production Develop creative concepts, hooks, storyboards and briefs based on customer psychology and performance data Translate product benefits into scroll-stopping creative angles Define a vision for statics and video that support campaign variety and testing Direct the Founder and Content Lead to bring briefs to life Generate a consistent flow of b-roll ideas for use in hooks and voiceover ads Brief and direct editors and review edits for performance, along with brand fit Partner with their media buyer to understand how to optimise Meta Iterate fast - design, launch and analyse structured creative tests Build frameworks and systems to scale the in-house creative function Collaborate with Founders on campaigns, launches and brand-building Create evergreen ad strategies, as well as campaign specific ads To be successful in this role, you will have: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in direct response advertising, ecommerce and Meta ads Previous experience in a major agency or a DTC brand operating at least $30M annual revenue Experience leading brand ad accounts with a minimum of $500k/month in spend A strong understanding of direct response marketing, specifically taking customers from problem to solution Demonstrated ability to grow a brand through creative strategy Experience working autonomously and being self-sufficient The ability to work collaboratively with Founders and team members while driving independent projects Proficiency in direct response advertising, ecommerce platforms, Meta ad tools and ad writing You are also capable of using tools such as Higgsfield to create full length ads such as animation ads or produce realistic video content that can be used for b-roll and images that can be used as static ads Benefits and Culture: A competitive base salary of $110-$130K plus super and bonus Fully remote role anywhere in Australia with the ability to travel to Brisbane once a month to lead ad production (travel expenses covered) A dedicated training budget to support your professional development Complimentary products from their beauty range A collaborative and lean team environment where your contributions will have a direct and measurable impact on business growth Direct ownership of performance creative, allowing your ideas to be implemented rapidly within a culture of speed, experimentation and creativity How to Apply: If you are a driven and experienced Senior Creative Strategist, with proven experience in a problem-solution brand, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-growing ecommerce brand, we encourage you to apply now.
