Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and supportive team. If you love chatting with people and solving problems over the phone, this could be the perfect role for you.
As part of our customer contact centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with everything from product questions to order issues. You will play a key role in making sure every customer feels heard, supported, and satisfied.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where you will be encouraged to think on your feet, find solutions, and make a real difference. We have a great training and development program to help you hit the ground running and grow your skills from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering friendly, helpful service to customers—mostly over the phone, but also via email and other systems
* Taking ownership of customer enquiries and resolving them quickly and efficiently
* Using customer history to understand their needs and spot upsell opportunities
* Building strong relationships and staying up to date with our products and processes
* Letting customers know about new products and services when relevant
What You Will Bring:
* Experience in a high-volume call centre environment (not essential)
* A customer-first mindset and a knack for solving problems
* Great communication skills—especially over the phone
* Confidence working independently in a small, close-knit team
* Familiarity with Microsoft and/or cloud-based CRM systems
