About the Role
As an ICT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve implementing, decommissioning, and managing ICT infrastructure projects.
* Implement and manage ICT infrastructure environments and systems in line with the organisation's digital roadmap and architecture standards.
* Provide Level 2 support in response to service requests according to agreed procedures.
* Coordinate Level 3 support for incident and change management, including vendor partners and end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement automated processes and auto-schedule future work where possible.
* Develop business cases for ICT Infrastructure projects and prepare management report submissions.
* Propose innovative proofs of concept and pilots for potential projects.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Degree or Certificate IV in Information Technology or a related field.
* Industry certification of ITIL and relevant technical certifications.
* At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in the IT/ICT industry.
