Do you have?
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role
* Able to work five days across a seven day operation
* Qualifications or trade experience equivalent
* Prepared to work across multi outlets including restaurant service, events and functions
* Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
* Easy access to transport for occasional early starts and late finishes
* You are passionate, dedicated, reliable and are willing to learn
* Experience in ordering, stock control, and training staff essential
