This is a hands-on opportunity suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing operational support with project-based work. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with leadership and provide practical HR support across the business. Key Responsibilities: Provide generalist HR support across onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Maintain and update employee and training records with a high level of accuracy Support HR compliance, policies, and procedures Coordinate training, inductions, and internal communications Assist with HR reporting and documentation About You: Previous experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail Experience supporting HR systems, LMS, or process improvements (highly regarded) Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer Immediate start with a supportive and collaborative team 3-month contract/Potential for contract extension Hemmant location with free onsite parking To apply, click the “Apply Now” button.
