As they continue to experience sustainable growth, they are now seeking a driven Technical Sales Representative to strengthen customer relationships and expand market presence.
About the Role
Reporting to senior management, the Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for growing sales across an established territory while identifying new business opportunities within the windows, doors, and hardware sectors.
This role requires someone with strong product understanding, technical confidence, and a genuine commitment to service. Day-to-day, the position involves supporting distributors, manufacturers, and trade customers with product advice, hands-on demonstrations, training, and tailored solutions.
It is a role suited to a self-motivated, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on autonomy and enjoys representing a respected, established brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to territory growth
* Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers across trade, retail, and commercial channels
* Conduct regular site and showroom visits, providing technical support and product guidance
* Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions
* Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and product configurations
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to the broader team
* Ensure CRM records, call cycles, and customer information are maintained to a high standard
* Collaborate with internal teams to support product development, marketing, and customer service initiatives
* Represent the business at trade events, expos, and customer engagement activities
* Promote a positive, solutions-focused customer experience at all times
Salary and Benefits
Base $105-$115k | 12% Super | Company Car | Commission
