Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our current inventory to encourage customers to make a purchase
- Prospecting new business opportunities to maximise revenue through sales
- Effective negotiation techniques implemented throughout the sales process
- Discuss the method of sale, costs and delivery times with the customers
- Assist in setting up the showroom floor for promotions and putting new models on display
- Liaise with lenders and other parties to the transaction to ensure the terms and conditions of the contract are adhered to
- Promote, develop and extend Casali’s business interests and reputation through exceptional customer service
- Coordinate appointments and attend to client enquiries
- Develop a rapport with clients to build strong business relationships and networks
- Maintain transparent lines of communication with all parties involved in the sales process
- Effective scheduling and time management to ensure maximum efficiency of resources
- Maintain a strong position in relation to market competitors through exceptional service
- Appropriate maintenance of all paperwork, documents and records
- Assist with other general duties as required
- Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards customers and staff and a clean and professional appearance
- Respect all equipment and property and use with care to avoid unnecessary damage
- Attend meetings, as required
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Assist in developing a strong team philosophy within the company
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all relevant industry regulations and standards
- Keep work areas tidy and clean
