The Opportunity
As an Investment Analyst/Associate, you’ll work with highly experienced leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to acquisitions, capital allocation, and corporate development. This is not a back-office role — you’ll analyse deals, shape investment strategies, and directly influence the growth trajectory of a business expanding at pace. Key Responsibilities
- Build robust financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to drive acquisition and development decisions
- Support full end-to-end due diligence, collaborating with finance, legal, and operational experts
- Assess investment opportunities, financing structures, and return outcomes, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership
- Undertake market research to identify emerging trends, risks, and competitive dynamics across the property and tourism sectors
- Prepare polished board-level investment papers and presentations
- Contribute to broader strategic initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio optimisation
About You
- 2–5 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, financial modeling, M&A;, corporate finance, or funds management
- Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related discipline (CFA/postgrad highly regarded)
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability — able to distil complexity into clear insights
- Commercially sharp with a natural curiosity for real estate, tourism, and investment markets
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence at senior levels
- Self-starter mindset, thrives in fast-paced environments, and delivers with precision under pressure
