Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Compliance & Project Specialist to play a pivotal role in a major compliance and remediation project. This position will oversee payroll and data components, ensuring accurate data extraction, validation, and updates across multiple payroll and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and validate payroll and time & attendance data from various systems
Collaborate with Deloitte on data interpretation and compliance queries.
Support updates to payroll/HR systems and assist in rolling out current payroll processes.
Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements and Awards to data under review.
Liaise with current and former employees regarding remediation activities and process remediation payments.
The Successful Applicant
Extensive payroll knowledge
Proven ability to manage complex compliance matters.
Strong knowledge of interpreting and applying EA's and Awards.
Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
