About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Care Manager to lead clinical care, oversee aged care teams, and ensure excellence in service delivery.
This role is perfect for a compassionate and experienced nursing leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to resident well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Leadership: Oversee and guide care teams, ensuring the highest standards of resident support and safety.
* Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, and volunteers to deliver exceptional care.
* Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to aged care standards, regulatory requirements, and best clinical practices.
* Resident-Centric Care: Monitor and improve care planning, documentation, and service outcomes.
* Operational & Strategic Impact: Work closely with the Service Manager to drive continuous improvement and uphold the mission of Churches of Christ.
Your Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse qualification (AHPRA registration required)
* Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in aged care or acute care
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing clinical teams
* Expertise in aged care quality frameworks, compliance, and care planning
* Passion for delivering person-centered care in a mission-driven setting
* Current driver's licence
* Possess a current National Police Certificate, NDIS Workers Screening Check – or the ability to acquire
* Undergo a National Insolvency Check
