Quarry Support Manager Job Opportunity

Boral is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Quarry Support Manager to join its leadership team. This role offers the chance to support a portfolio of quarries in QLD & NT, with opportunities for regional travel and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive a Zero Harm culture across the QLD region to ensure Boral's quarry operations meet all safety, environmental, and legislative requirements.
* Work closely with Quarry Management teams to deliver major revenue projects, including procuring mobile plant and contract crushing resources.
* Support Quarry operations in delivering capital projects and upgrades.
* Co-ordinate training activities and Trainer/Assessor resources.
Requirements:
* Experience in quarrying or project management, ideally in mining or construction materials.
* Proven track record of managing large projects and cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project.
* Safety and environmental leadership with a focus on Zero Harm culture.
* Certificate IV or above within Surface Extraction or Project Management (Desirable).
* Full Driver's Licence – this role will involve extensive regional QLD travel.
