Customer Insights Analyst
This is a key role in our National Customer Support Department, where data-driven strategic decisions are made through timely and accurate reporting across key business operations.
Job Description
We seek an experienced professional to extract data from multiple database systems, build and maintain KPI data warehouses to monitor operational performance, and develop and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Design and maintain queries to extract data from multiple database systems.
* Build and maintain KPI data warehouses to monitor operational performance.
* Develop and publish daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Analyse customer service records and vehicle case data to identify trends and support decision-making.
* Monitor and report on key activities, including warranty transactions, customer inquiries, campaigns, and technical interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in SQL and database query development.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and Power BI.
* Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, and report design.
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
