**What We're Offering**:
- **Salary Range**: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
- **Full-time hours**: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).

**About the Role**:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels. You'll also play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our eCommerce business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales, order processing, and adjustments.
- Providing advice on products (no prior knowledge required - we'll teach you).
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the team.
- Assisting customers in-store when needed.
- Collaborating with suppliers to fulfil customer requests.
- Occasionally supporting the warehouse team with packing and dispatch during busy periods.
**What We're Looking For**:We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to grow within a fast-paced eCommerce environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories is a bonus, but not essential.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
