Registered Nurse | Blue Care | Bundaberg Pioneer Aged Care Facility
Employment Term: Expression of interest Not currently recruiting
Must be available for morning (6am - 2:30pm) afternoon (2pm - 10:30pm) and night shifts (10am - 6:30am) and at least every second weekend.
Location: Bundaberg Pioneer Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $43.03 - $54.46 per hour permanent base rate (+23% for casual rate) + % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances

About The Role
As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
* Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
* Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
* Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
* Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
* Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
Role Requirements
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
* General nursing experience, post-registration
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
* Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
