Salary range will be $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and position.
What are we looking for?
* A career professional with experience in hospitality
* A leader that can train and motivate a kitchen team
* Team players
* Creative flair and excellent presentation skills
What will you bring to the table?
* Proven capability working as a Chef or Cook at a compatible venue – minimum 2 years experience in an equivalent role.
* Experience in recipe costings and understanding of kitchen financials
* Ability to order and maintain stock, including delivery checks. Strong compliance focus.
* A commitment to achieving outstanding sales results
* Ability to engage with the local community
