Where You'll Be Working

Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well‐earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Foster and develop a continuous quality improvement and innovative practice culture across Concord Hospital.
  • Provide leadership to influence clinical practice changes in relation to provision of quality systems, Risk Management and coordinate the National Standards Accreditation process and provide direction to all staff, from Executive to frontline Departments to achieve a high level of accreditation.

Requirements
  • Has tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a health related area.
  • Has sound knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and quality improvement methods.
  • Has knowledge of health-related data collections and demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills with the ability to execute a query from databases.
  • Has the demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and programs, including but not limited to ims+ and eMR.
