We're looking for a skilled Data & Document Management Support Officer to join our Water & Environmental Compliance Team
What You'll Do:
* This role supports Cairns Infrastructure and Assets by strengthening management systems, improving information quality, and enabling consistent, compliant work practices across the organisation. You will be responsible for:
* Providing support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of management systems within Cairns Infrastructure and Assets.
* Assisting stakeholders to create/enhance existing operational process documentation and flowcharts.
* Supporting the continuous improvement to quality data capture, processing, and information management.
* Delivering education and training to support quality data capture and document control.
What We're Looking For:
* Demonstrated experience in a technical support role.
* Advanced skills in administration, time management, organisation, attention to detail, and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Officer 365 applications, with the ability to create and update templates to support the unit.
* Ability to organise and deliver training packages to target groups within the directorate.
* Strong customer service focus, negotiation and communication with internal clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to initiate, implement and manage tasks independently while also being able to work in a team environment, valuing the knowledge and experience of the unit.
* "C" Class Queensland Driver's Licence to attend offsite meetings and data collection.
* Construction White Card (desirable).
