About the Role
* As an experienced early learning professional, you will inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
* Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
* Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a leader in early childhood education, preferably in a similar role or capacity.
* Ability to inspire and motivate a centre team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families.
* Capacity to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organisational goals.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
