Assistant Fulfilment Manager (Night)
We are extremely excited to share with you an opportunity to be a part of the first Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Rochedale, Queensland and be part of the leadership team in one of our large scale dedicated online facilities.
This role will help shape the future of online shopping in Queensland by ensuring optimal CFC operational performance across Fulfilment Management activities across all departments.
* Support the management of day to day Customer Order operations by coaching teams to ensure online orders are picked and packed accurately.
* Ensure CFC tasks are completed in line with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Online order fulfilment processes and systems, experience working to a budget to achieve business targets, and effective written and verbal communication skills. They will also have previous experience leading, managing, and developing a diverse team.
This is a full-time position requiring flexible availability across evenings and weekends to work as per business needs. The successful candidate will be able to communicate information and ideas to the team in a clear and focused way that is understood by team members and achieves outcomes.
