Senior Retail Sales Leader
We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Sales Leader to join our team.
About the Role:
* Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective leadership, coaching, and development of a high-performing team.
* Lead by example, demonstrating strong commercial acumen, and attention to detail to maintain high standards across all areas of the store.
* Evaluate compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service, drive sales growth, and improve overall store performance.
About You:
* Prior experience in retail or trade sales, preferably with some leadership exposure, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve results.
* Commercial acumen and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends, and a passion for tools, equipment, and helping customers find the right solutions.
