We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on
Electrical Supervisor
to support our Tier 1 mining client in the Bowen Basin. This role offers the chance to lead high-performing teams working on fixed plant or instrumentation control systems in world-class mining environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise electrical and instrumentation works across infrastructure and fixed plant equipment
* Maintain and troubleshoot Switchgear, PLCs, SCADA, and other control systems
* Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards
* Manage daily work schedules in coordination with planning and production teams
* Lead by example in the field, mentoring trades and promoting a positive culture
What You'll Bring
* QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
* Cert III in Instrumentation (desirable)
* S1, S2, S3 or G2 (essential)
* Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience in mining or heavy industry
* Strong knowledge of fixed plant operations (conveyors, crushers, wash plants, etc.)
