We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic professional to support the day-to-day coordination and operation of our business unit. This contract role is available until 23rd October 2025.
This role will be working on-site in Penrith, 5 days a week from 8am to 4pm. A valid Australian drivers licence is a must for this role.
Job Description
* Provide front-line concierge services, perform reception duties such as answering calls, greeting visitors, maintaining a high level of customer service and support.
* Organise catering, prepare agendas, facilities management and follow up on actions.
* Respond to enquiries over the phone, face to face and via email, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
* Coordinate internal and external access to the main offices, provide directions for visitors, contractors and service providers.
* Manage multiple meeting rooms and deliver support such as scheduling and technology operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate reception or hotel concierge role.
* Strong Excel skills as well as experience with electronic filing management systems.
* Valid Australian driver licence is a must as you will need to return rental cars.
* Must be available to work on-site in Penrith, 5 days a week from 8am to 4pm.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
