The Opportunity
Looking to build your career in a respected MedTech company like Johnson & Johnson? As the Territory Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting the Surgery Team to effectively execute their sales and marketing strategies in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Responsibilities
Serving as the clinical expert across the Wound Closure and Biosurgery portfolios, and providing in-theatre clinical support to surgeons and nursing staff on the proper use of J&J products
Providing inventory management and product expertise for designated customers and internal teams
Communicating potential opportunities to Product Specialists and sharing customer insights and feedback to the Surgery Sales Teams
Participating in customer training events such as in-service training and assisting with technical troubleshooting to address and resolve product related issues
Assisting with product demos, new product launches and/or recalls, and staying current with relevant industry trends, emerging technologies, and clinical best practices
About You
Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Physiotherapy, Nursing, Exercise Science, Paramedicine etc.) or Biomedical Science, and experience in the Operating Theatre environment
Previous experience in a similar role within medical devices or pharma sales preferred
Strong inventory management, customer service, and attention to detail
Computer systems savvy with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, a positive can-do attitude, and strong organisation and time management skills
