Job Description: We are looking for several Chef de Partie to join our team.
About The Role
Responsibilities
Collaborating with our team in menu planning, recipe development, cook-offs, writing tasting notes
Ensuring consistent delivery and presentation of dishes in line with venue standards
Ongoing staff training
Maintaining food health & safety requirements
Managing cost control
Qualifications
Full Australian working rights
Fluent in English
Minimum 12-36 months working in a similar role and/or completed relevant hospitality studies
Ability to keep cool under pressure
Positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent grooming standards
Passion for providing an exceptional dining experience
Hours can vary and include weekend and holiday work
Preferred Requirements
Formal hospitality studies completed
Food safety supervisor certificate
Expertise with fresh pasta making
Prior pastry experience
Woodfire cooking experience
Butchery experience
Proficiency in Italian cuisine
Venue opening experience
