Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead our construction activities on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating mechanical related construction tasks, managing subcontract teams, and ensuring the safe and successful completion of the project.

* Direct wages employees, plant resources, and subcontract teams to achieve effective performance
* Ensure the safe and successful completion of the project on schedule and to the specified quality
Project Overview
The project includes the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a plant with first production in the future. Works include marine works, tunnels, seawater intake systems, desalination plants, groundwater systems, drinking water storage, and pump systems supported by civil, electrical, and bulk earthworks.
Accountabilities
* Supervise subcontractor scope of works and ensure team members understand responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records, including daily diary notes and documentation
* Interpret project specifications and drawings to guide construction activities
* Provide input on construction sequences and methods throughout all stages
* Plan and monitor short-term programs, upcoming work, and resource levels
* Ensure safe and efficient movement of materials, plant, and equipment on site
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of mechanical construction processes, specifications, and drawings
* Proven ability to supervise subcontractors and manage site teams effectively
* Experience in planning, scheduling, and resource coordination for construction projects
* Solid understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements on site
* Effective communication and record-keeping skills for reporting and documentation
