Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – South West Rocks, NSW
Join NAB's South West Rocks branch and deliver a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer experience. This role focuses on supporting customers as the first point of contact and providing banking solutions.
Responsibilities
* Support NAB's South West Rocks branch as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a customer‐centred experience.
* Identify and recommend suitable products and services such as account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
* Advise customers on NAB's Smarter Banking options, including self‐service and digital solutions, to make banking simple, easy, and secure.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experience, preferably in retail hospitality, financial services, or related fields.
* Team player with keen attention to detail, ensuring all transactions are efficient and accurate.
* Customer‐centric mindset and appreciation for inclusion and diversity.
Hours and Location
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Role based at South West Rocks, NSW.
