The Role:

As the Operations Team Leader – People and Performance you will need to meet the operational needs of organisation in way of maning all aspects Human Resource operations, overseeing core HR activities including industrial relations management, Employee relations, assist in EA negotiations, policy development, and recruitment and selection.

The Team leader will need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities along with high level leadership skills. This role will require effective and timely HR advice through a first-touch advisory service for the organisation, whilst supporting and coaching direct reports to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibility

* Lead and inspire a team delivering end-to-end HR services.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people and performance matters.
* Managing industrial and employee relation needs.
* Champion a culture of performance, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
* Drive continuous improvement and support the delivery of the current People Strategy
* Oversee policy management; developing, reviewing, and embedding policies that are clear, fair, and fit for purpose.
* Managing the employee lifecycle processes to create positive employee experiences.
* Monitor People and Performance services along with ensuring all HR reporting needs are met.

Skill & Competencies:

* Experience operational human resource management within a high-volume environment.
* Proven success in leading and developing a multi-functional professional team to deliver industrial relations, employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, generalist human resources support at an organisational level.
* Proven success in managing process and system improvement projects to achieve positive change.
* Sound judgement and resilience, with the ability to manage complexity, competing priorities, and sensitive matters with discretion.
