Role Description
We're looking for a rockstar Project Manager to join our growing team based in the Pirie Street MPM office; someone who thrives on diving into the detail, brings genuine organisational rigor, and knows how to prioritise and time effectively manage construction projects whether they are pre‐construction, or into construction phase with builders.
You'll be managing a portfolio of small‐to‐large scale projects from early inception through to completion, acting as the trusted representative of our clients. This role spans multiple sectors mentioned above, so versatility and adaptability are essential. If you are someone who finds deep satisfaction in having every action tracked, every risk logged to manage, and every stakeholder informed before they need to follow up; this role has your name written all over it.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of project management experience in construction, development, or related fields with demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects effectively from inception to completion & handover.
* Skills in program management and closely managing project & development timelines.
* Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite including project reporting.
* Solid understanding of Contracts and how they're administered (AS4000, AS4902, AS4300 & others).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief diverse audiences.
* Experience with site inspection and quality assurance processes.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to manage stakeholders and project requirements, integrating themselves into project teams and aligning their understanding of our clients' objectives to achieve nothing slips through the cracks.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively and time effectively within a fast‐paced environment.
* Bachelor or post‐grad degree in Project Management, Construction Management & Economics, Engineering, or a related building and design sector fields.
* Must be located in SA and able to commute to our Pirie Street, Adelaide office.
