We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our high performing Service Team in Perth, Australia. No two days are the same as you manage the equipment installation of KONE's elevator products, across low-rise housing through to the world's tallest skyscrapers.
What will you be doing?
* Attending elevator and escalator breakdowns.
* Attending to maintenance activities and repairs.
* Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures, including health, quality and safety standards.
* Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region.
What are we looking for?
* Lift industry experience preferred but not essential.
* Current electrical licence required.
* Experience managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder's expectations.
* Motivated and self‐starter who can manage workload and competing priorities.
* Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
* A customer service mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
