THE POSITION
* Assist the chef in food production and preparation
* Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
* Support with kitchen duties during peak hours
* Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for customer transactions
* Serve food and beverages to customers
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
* Some flexibility needed for occasional early starts
THE PERSON
* A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
* Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
* Previous experience in kitchen support or customer service preferred
* Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
