**Your new role**:
We have experienced significant and steady company growth over the past three years as the businesses continue to expand across the globe. The role would be ideal for a marketing professional looking to grow and develop with the business.
You will be reporting primarily to the Managing Director where you will be responsible for the management of marketing campaigns and strategies for the business.
- Create and manage the content of the website and social media pages
- Create and schedule social media campaigns and blog posts
- Create video content for social media and training purposes
- Award writing & submissions
- Create and implement marketing strategies
- Coordinate training courses and events
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Document creation and form generation
- General admin duties as required
**What you'll need to succeed**:
This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and a willingness to learn and a desire to implement process improvements.
You will have the ability to work independently, excellent time management, multi-tasking and administrative skills. You ideally will have come from a similar role and have a genuine passion for marketing.
- 2-3 years in a similar position
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications
- Strong proficiency in Canva, PremierPro, Buffer, WordPress, Google Analytics and MailChimp
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with a very keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to an environment promoting success
- A strong work ethic and are solution focused
