We're on the hunt for a Customer Experience Specialist who genuinely cares about our community and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be connecting with our customers across phone, live chat, email and social - helping them feel supported, confident and looked after at every stage of their Proud Poppy journey.

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting our community across phone, live chat, email, social media DMs and some public social responses
* Delivering thoughtful, friendly and efficient support that leaves customers feeling confident and cared for
* Managing enquiries around orders, sizing, fit, returns, exchanges and shipping
* Building strong product knowledge to confidently guide customers and provide helpful recommendations
* Working comfortably across customer service tools and systems (or picking things up quickly)
* Proactively following up customers so nothing falls through the cracks
* Sharing customer feedback and recurring insights with the wider team to help improve products, processes and the overall customer experience

What we're looking for:

* A genuine love for customer experience and helping people
* Strong written communication skills with a friendly, human tone (and confidence on the phone)
* Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple conversations at once
* Detail-oriented, organised and reliable - you take ownership and follow things through
* A team player who contributes positively and asks for help when needed
* Experience in a similar customer experience or customer service role is preferred but not essential -we're just as excited about someone with the right attitude, empathy and willingness to learn
