Scott Park Group is currently looking for a driven and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our fun and fast paced team. This unique opportunity has come about as we enter an exciting phase of growth within our brands.

To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in coordinating the marketing process for a dynamic organisation. You must have exceptional time management skills, highly organised, ability to work to tight deadlines within a busy environment and an articulate eye for detail.
**About the Role**
You will be responsible for the management and performance of a highly successful brand, developing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness, while maintaining theday to day running of your portfolio. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Plan, implement, track and optimise cutting edge, targeted marketing campaigns to drive lead generation for our Sales Teams
- Manage our CRM, to optimise our performance from our enquiry base
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of the effectiveness of all aspects of enquiry
- Liaise with a suite of external stakeholders, including but not limited to media suppliers, graphic designers, digital agencies, printers and signage installers
- Work closely with our Marketing Director, Marketing Manager and Sales Managers to deliver upon KPIs and track enquiry to sale conversions
- Ensure all marketing communication goes through the appropriate approvals process, meets deadline and sits within budget
- Log all expenses and work within budgets set
- Manage display home opening and closing process, including but not limited to organising photography, POS signage installation/removal, print material development, uploading website content via WordPress, and updating digital signage
- Assist internal departments with marketing and stationery collateral as needed
- Other ADHOC tasks as required
**About You**:
- 2 - 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, multitasking and analytical skills
- Organised and able to prioritise workflow and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent presentation, a positive outlook and enthusiasm
- New Homes Industry knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- You have a relevant C Class Drivers license
