You’re a capable Network and Voice Engineer, but now you’re ready to step up as a true technical SME. Over the past few years, you’ve been deep in enterprise networks configuring firewalls, stabilising voice systems, troubleshooting outages, and working with carriers and vendors to keep services running. You’ve kept things steady, but you know your skills go beyond BAU support. You’ve designed, implemented, and delivered projects that have lifted collaboration, strengthened connectivity, and improved how people work and you’re ready to keep building on that. This role gives you that opportunity. As a Senior Voice & Data Network Engineer, you’ll take ownership of critical collaboration and network platforms. You’ll modernise and optimise Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams Voice, lead SD-WAN projects and initiatives (Meraki), and uplift networking and security practices. A key part of your role will be working closely with vendors and carriers holding them accountable, ensuring SLAs are met, and driving delivery while also bringing capability and knowledge back in-house to build a stronger, more self-sufficient function.
