Finnish Early Childhood Education (Australia) Pty Ltd is an innovative education group delivering childcare services inspired by a blend of Finnish and Australian early childhood education philosophies. One of our centres, Holistic Development Pty Ltd (trading as HEI Schools Emerald Early Learning Centre), located in Emerald, VIC, is currently seeking passionate Childcare Educators to join our dedicated team.
We are looking for educators who are eager to embrace new ideas and contribute to high-quality, holistic early childhood programs.
About You
You are an early childhood professional who:
- Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Has completed food safety training
- Brings experience from the early childhood sector
- Values strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Is a team player with a respectful, collaborative mindset
- Is open to exploring new educational concepts and approaches
- Holds current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
- Has a valid Working With Children Check
- Possesses a recent National Police Check (within 6 months) or is willing to obtain one
- Has experience working with infants in a nurturing environment (highly regarded)
- Is flexible and available to work between 6:30am - 6:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the curriculum and education programs
- Collaborate with and provide feedback to room leaders
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment
- Use educational apps to document and share children's learning with families
