**Our offer**:
- Permanent part-time appointment (25 hours per week).
- Salary of CSE 3.4 $66,703.53 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 12% superannuation.

**Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to**:
- Provide a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment for children, families and team members assisting with the provision of consistent high-quality care and education, that follows the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Assist with helping to meet all regulatory and legislative requirements and preparation for National Quality Assessments and Rating and the Quality Improvement Plan.
- Assist the room leader in ensuring the children are safe, secure and their individual needs are met at all times.
- Utilise reflective practice in both programming and self-evaluation.
- Perform specific tasks based on employee's role in the room e.g. supervision of children, changing nappies, cleaning, and others.
- Assist room leader with developing room a room philosophy that reflects the centre philosophy.
- Assist with creating caring, stimulating, and secure environments for the children which are regularly evaluated.
- Work with the Educational Leader and room leader to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant documentation, including group and individual learning stories, planning, evaluation, and individual summative assessments.
- Assist with planning and delivery of the programs, based on the planning cycle and relevant documentation for families.
- Assist the room leader to develop and support the team to comply with all room routines, relevant to children's and educators needs.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Diploma Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A valid and up to date Working with Vulnerable person card (WWVP Card).
- A current First Aid Certificate HLTAID004 with Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Advanced**_ _**skills, knowledge and experience in early childhood development.
- Excellent comprehension of English.
- Considerable**_ _**experience in documentation and planning in accordance with the EYLF.
**_To be eligible for employment, you must have an active Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card, working rights in Australia, and be willing to undertake background checks required for the position, including a National Police Check._**
