We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers within the (ACL) Program. This role focuses on providing psychosocial support to people living with mental health challenges, helping them to live and recover within their community according to their preferences.

Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement personalized support plans with clients
* Assist with daily living activities, including skills development, transportation, social and recreational activities, finances, appointments, cooking, medication, and personal care
* Encourage participation in activities of choice and support community connections
* Maintain accurate client records using online systems
* Build professional relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
* Assist clients in accessing additional services as needed
* Seek innovative approaches to enhance recovery and customer experience
Ideal Candidate:
* Values-driven, with a positive, inclusive attitude
* Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Cert IV in Mental Health, Peer Work, or equivalent experience
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence (C class)
* Willing to obtain police checks and other clearances
