About the role
Working as part of our national marketing team, the Graphic & Multimedia Designer plays a key role in bringing our brand to life through visually compelling content. This dynamic role spans both print and digital, from campaign and event collateral to social media and presentations, alongside photography, video, and creative campaign support.
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative, on‐brand solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional passionate about storytelling and design to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation.
Role responsibilities
Graphic Designer
* Design and produce visual assets across print and digital (brochures, social media, presentations, signage)
* Ensure brand consistency across all outputs
* Translate briefs into creative solutions aligned with marketing strategy
* Leverage AI design tools to enhance efficiency and innovation
Photography and Videography
* Capture and edit high‐quality photo and video content for marketing use
* Maintain and manage digital asset libraries
Collaboration and Support
* Partner with marketing and digital teams to optimise content for platforms
* Liaise with external suppliers (printers, photographers, videographers)
* Provide creative input and design support across the team

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* Bachelor's degree or similar in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
* 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and multimedia production
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design work
* Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and video editing software
* Excellent attention to detail and time‐management skills
* Passion for visual storytelling and brand development
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to creative problem‐solving
